You buy a sofa or other furniture while in Tenerife, but the store cannot deliver before you leave. We can coordinate access and the delivery, and arrange assembly or positioning where agreed.
You need unwanted furniture cleared before a sale
A property is ready to go on the market, but old furniture and unwanted items are still inside. We can organise the clearance so you do not need to return to Tenerife simply to deal with it.
The property needs painting before viewings

Key holding, property checks & contractor coordination
For non-resident owners, having someone local who can hold your keys, check the property while it is unoccupied, provide agreed access and coordinate practical jobs can make ownership in Tenerife much easier.
Property key holding
If you live abroad, we can securely hold a set of property keys so agreed access can be arranged when you are not in Tenerife.
Example: A furniture delivery, maintenance visit or other pre-arranged appointment is due after you have already flown home. We can provide access and confirm when the visit has been completed.
Property check-up service
If your Tenerife property will be empty for an extended period, we can carry out agreed periodic visits to check its general condition and give you greater peace of mind while you are away.
Example: A non-resident owner leaves their apartment empty for several months. We can visit at agreed intervals, visually check the property for obvious issues and let the owner know if anything appears to need attention.
Contractor coordination
When specialist work is needed, we can help coordinate access and appointments with the appropriate contractor while you are away.
