We had an excellent experience working with Laurentiu Tuna from The Property Gallery Tenerife during the purchase of our apartment in Tenerife. Before choosing a property, we contacted several estate agents and attended many viewings. From the very beginning, Laurentiu stood out because of his professionalism, honesty and genuine commitment to helping us find a property we would truly be happy with. His priority was not simply to make a sale, but to understand what we were looking for and help us make the right decision. He never pressured us or tried to rush us after a viewing. He gave us the time and space to consider each property and always responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions, even though we often had many of them. Eventually, he helped us find an apartment that was exactly what we had been looking for. Laurentiu clearly explained the entire purchasing process, including all the costs involved and how property transactions work in Tenerife. He also put us in contact with a lawyer so that the purchase could be handled as safely and securely as possible. We viewed the apartment several times, and arranging additional visits was never a problem, even though the seller was not always available and could be quite demanding. We completed the purchase several months after the initial viewing, and Laurentiu remained closely involved throughout the entire process. He made sure that all the necessary documents were in place, arranged the notary appointments and coordinated everything between us and the seller. Thanks to his experience, advice and support, we felt safe, well informed and properly looked after while buying a property in a foreign country. He explained the local procedures clearly and helped us understand details and practical issues that would otherwise have been difficult for us to anticipate. His assistance did not end when the purchase was completed. He gave us many practical recommendations for the first steps after buying the apartment, including where to shop, where to arrange an alarm system and who could replace the locks if we decided to do so. He also offered to keep a spare set of keys for us in case of an emergency while we are away, which we were very happy to accept. Laurentiu continues to be available if we need help with the apartment, such as receiving a delivery or dealing with an unexpected situation. For us, this was not simply a one-time property purchase, but the beginning of a long-term relationship with a trustworthy local contact whom we know we can rely on. This was exactly what we had been looking for. Laurentiu is extremely patient, reliable and committed to his clients. He always took the time to answer our questions clearly and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. It is also worth knowing that even when you find a property advertised by another agency, you can still contact Laurentiu. He works with agencies across the island and can help arrange viewings, check whether everything appears to be in order and give an honest opinion based on his extensive experience. This is particularly valuable for anyone who is new to Tenerife, as there are many local details and nuances that buyers may not be aware of. We are extremely satisfied with the entire experience and can genuinely recommend Laurentiu Tuna and The Property Gallery Tenerife to anyone considering purchasing a property on the island.
