Key holding, property checks & contractor coordination
For non-resident owners, having someone local who can hold your keys, check the property while it is unoccupied, provide agreed access and coordinate practical jobs can make ownership in Tenerife much easier.
Property key holding
If you spend time away from Tenerife, we can securely hold a set of property keys and arrange agreed access for deliveries, maintenance visits and pre-arranged appointments.
Example: A furniture delivery, maintenance visit or other pre-arranged appointment is due after you have already flown home. We can provide access and confirm when the visit has been completed.
Property checks
